Does not belong here: figures who led such a movement but whose primary historical identity in this atlas's holdings is later, settled political office, grouped under Statesmen and Political Leaders, or single-incident rebellion leaders whose action was a protest or uprising rather than a sustained movement, grouped under Reformers and Civil Rights Activists.
